What counts as a charge?

A send is charged after the sending provider accepts it. The customer entering the right code is a separate event. Funds are reserved before dispatch and released if submission fails.

What you need to start

  1. Activate a plan that includes Verify access.
  2. Get your business display name approved by eSauti.
  3. Fund your wallet and integrate the request-and-check API.

Before you choose

Do I have to buy Marketing to use the other products?

No. WhatsApp and Verify can be used independently. An eSauti workspace plan may still be required for access; you do not have to activate Marketing.

Is a subscription the same thing as wallet funding?

No. A subscription pays for plan or add-on access. Your wallet funds usage such as eSauti-hosted WhatsApp messages and Verify sends. Subscription fees and usage charges are separate.

What is the difference between “included” and “usage charged separately”?

Included usage is the allowance for that row. Separately charged usage is outside the subscription price. Check each product’s billing explanation before estimating a total.

What happens after I choose a setup?

You continue to the eSauti portal to sign in or create an account. Your product and plan are preselected for review during onboarding. Any requested add-on or hosted-number setup still needs to be configured; it is not activated by clicking. No payment is taken on this page.
